We offer sales, rentals & IKO lessons from this center. Our Open Ocean Surf Academy, which is 50m from the beach, runs lessons at Big Bay, Eden on Bay, Blouberg.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
I wish to participate in lessons with Open Ocean, and agree to abide by their rules and safety regulations as advertised and communicated to me. I am fully aware that surfing/SUP is dangerous by its nature and I therefore agree to take all care to avoid injury to all persons, including the general public, myself and all property within, near or related to the beach, before, during and after my participation in the lessons.
I hereby agree that I will be responsible for any loss, theft or damage of rental equipment and will reimburse Open Ocean according to the accepted damages rates as set out by Open Ocean.
INDEMNITY CLAUSE
I hereby agree that SA Windsurfari and Rentals CC t/a OPEN OCEAN and its employees, contractors, agents or representatives shall have no liability for my death, illness, or injury to my person or any loss of or damage to my property or for the death, illness, or injury to the person or property of any of my minor children or for the death, illness, or injury to the person or property of any other persons accompanying me or my minor children, or for any consequential damages or any other liability arising from any cause of action whatsoever, whether arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the activities and/or lessons offered by them, whether caused by action or inaction, whether negligent or not or howsoever otherwise arising. I hereby indemnify and hold harmless OPEN OCEAN and its employees, contractors, agents or representatives against any and all claims and actions whether brought by me or anyone else arising from the abovementioned activities and/or lessons and waive all rights of recourse against them.
Where the participant is a minor, under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian will be required to complete an indemnity form.
